This series brings optimal body balance and nourishing blood flow. The reset part is the entire nervous system. Throughout the treatment I am also using Medical QiGong techniques to rebalance and cleanse the organs. Stress compromises our ability to make executive decisions whether it’s at home, in life, or in the office.

Soma Veda Thai Yoga:​

Incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep stretching and rhythmic compression to create a grounded healing experience. The focus is on the balancing of energy and creating wholeness of mind, body, and spirit. This treatment is very good for anxiety, recovery, and restoring healthy functioning of the lymphatic system.

Soma Veda Thai Yoga therapy is a form of Eastern Massage and is performed fully clothed, unlike many forms of Western Massage. 

Proper attire consists of loose comfortable cotton clothing. Avoid tight or restrictive clothing. Think of an outfit that is suitable for relaxing and stretching in a yoga like manner. The session is done on a thick comfortable floor cushion as opposed to a table.
